Telemarketing Advisor

2012-02-13

Telemarketing Advisor: £15k basic OTE £24k per annum
Hours:
Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm / 10am – 7pm on a rota basis, Weekend 9am – 1pm on a rota basis
F/T or P/T: Full time

Working for an expanding Motor Dealer group, the role is to carry out prospecting calls to our current and potential customers, in order to generate appointments and sales leads for our busy Sales Departments. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and target driven, as the role carries specific Key Performance Indicators. The role is also very rewarding for the right individual, and offers an uncapped bonus scheme for those who are successful. IT & MS Office skills are essential, as well as an excellent telephone manner, and ability to self-manage at times.

Previous experience in a contact/call centre environment is not essential, but desirable. Also, automotive experience would also be desirable, but not essential.

Telephone Service Advisor

Telephone Service Advisor: £13k basic OTE £16k-18k
Hours:
Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm / 10am – 7pm on a rota basis, Weekend 9am – 1pm on a rota basis
F/T or P/T: Will consider Part Time Split-Shifts over the Week, payable on a Pro-rata basis, please state hours available

We’re looking for an individual to carry out Follow Up calls to our own customers to book their vehicle in for Service/MOT/Maintenance work on their vehicle. The role also involves following up customers during the ownership cycle of their car, to ensure they are 100% satisfied with their experience with our company. Role requires a friendly personality, who has an excellent telephone manner, and someone who enjoys working to targets, both on a personal and company level. Excellent rewards are available to the right individual, and an opportunity to be part of a small but friendly team.
